Warm greetings from the Philippine Society of Nephrology (PSN)!
In line with our continuing commitment to enhance the clinical skills and training of our nephrology fellows, the PSN Committee on Interventional Nephrology and Diagnostic is pleased to invite your institution to nominate two (2) nephrology fellows-in-training to participate in our upcoming POCUS Workshop entitled: “From Probe to Precision: POCUS Workshop for Nephrology Fellows” preferably someone who has not attended one of our previous workshops on October 25, 2025 at The Patriot Building, CME Hall, Km 18 West Service Road South Luzon Expressway, Parañaque City.
This hands-on workshop aims to equip fellows with essential point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) skills relevant to daily clinical practice. It will be led by experts in the field and structured to maximize experiential learning through live demonstrations and interactive sessions.
We highly encourage your institution’s participation in this important training initiative. As a gesture of support, accommodation for fellows coming from provincial training institutions will be provided through the generous sponsorship of Natrapharm, Inc.
Details of the workshop, including the schedule, venue, and registration process, will be sent in a follow-up communication.
Should you have any questions, feel free to contact Ms. Lara Ramos, the PSN Secretariat at psn2.secretariat7@gmail.com or 09054295519
We look forward to your institution’s participation and to working together in further strengthening nephrology training in the country.
Thank you very much.
Respectfully yours,
Rafael P. Montepio, MD, FPCP, FPSN
