The Philippine Society of Nephrology (PSN) is proud to support WORLD KIDNEY DAY 2024 with the theme of Kidney Health for All – Advancing equitable access to care and optimal medication practice.
We invite you to join our TikTok contests that aim to increase awareness about kidney health and disease prevention. Join us in making a difference! Create educational and factual TikTok videos that will inform viewers about kidney health.
A. Kidney Chronicles Storytelling TikTok Challenge – To participate, simply submit a 30-60 second video of your experiences with our government institutions and health care workers. Share how they helped you access equitable and good quality healthcare, and how this has allowed early and timely management of your disease.
B. Healthy K Life Hacks Tips and Advice TikTok Challenge – Take the opportunity to raise awareness about Chronic Kidney Diseases by sharing a 30-60 second TikTok video detailing the Top 5 signs and symptoms of chronic kidney disease, and inform your viewers about the importance of early recognition and screening.
C. 8 Golden Rules Dance TikTok Challenge – In a 30-60 second TikTok video, perform a choreographed dance while highlighting the 8 Golden Rules of Kidney Health! You may participate as a soloist or a group and go all in with creating engaging graphics to accompany your dance. Click on the link below to know about The Golden Rules.
